How much does a storage unit in Palma cost?
At Balearic Box, from €36.30/month for a 1 m³ locker up to €758.67/month for a 30 m² warehouse unit. All prices include VAT and contents insurance. The full list is in the price table.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Rental is monthly and you can cancel whenever you like. You can also switch to another size at any time.
When can I access my unit?
Every day of the year from 7am to 10pm with your personal code. If you need 24-hour access, we enable it for a small supplement.
Is what I store insured?
Yes. Every unit includes contents insurance of €3,000 to €9,000 depending on size. If you need more cover, we can extend it.
How does online booking work?
Choose the size, fill in your details, sign the contract electronically and pay. You receive your access code and can move in the same day.
Is it easy to unload on moving day?
Yes. There is free parking, two vehicle access gates and six trolleys on site to move your boxes to your unit. Ground-floor units load straight from the vehicle.
Can you collect my things?
Yes. We offer transport across Mallorca and packing materials. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need to move and we'll quote.
